telatec have launched an entry level product for the Ariva range. The Ariva start is the first product in the Ariva range geared towards small firms with less than 50 employees where a single clocking station will meet the business requirements.

The product is a response to the demand seen by telatec personnel for a basic product to collect hours in a simplified fashion, but offer total control over output for HR and payroll staff.


The system includes the following features
  • Employee management
  • Pattern and schedule management
  • Automatic OT calculations at different rates
  • Multiple daily pattern handling
  • Daily and Weekly rollback to meet basic hours requirements
  • Export to Sage Payroll
  • Additional Hours entry for absences
  • Clock Card and Additional Hours Reports
