The complexity of employee working times was a challenge that telatec undertook enthusiastically and the reward is a less time consuming outcome for the HR department. The Enniskillen based motel has just recently completed a large investment in new accomodation and the low maintenance and flexibility releases the HR staff for other duties. The setup entails an IGuard Terminal setup with smart card functionality for ease of use. Automatic break calculation and deductions form the core of the variable time shifts operated by the housekeeping staff. The system also deal seamlessly with night porter and adhoc employees who require hours only calculations. Extensive reports and enquiries allow the staff to monitor hours and exceptions for minimal workload.
