Westland Horticulture have installed Ariva Enterprise to meet their extensive T&A needs for a large multi-site workforce. The full flexibility of the software was required to meet the various employees schedules and bonus structure employed by Westland Horticulture.

Westland Horticulture headquarters is based in Dungannon with sites in Pomeroy and UK. The installation uses a number of IGuard terminals in a master/slave setup with central based polling. Ariva Enterprise is used to control patterns and employee schedules along with holidays and overtime authorisations. The system also automatically calculates timekeeping bonuses and shift pattern payments automatically to minimise the HR department weekly work with clockings dealt with on an exception basis. All the calculated hours are exported to Sage Payroll using the Ariva Enterprise export routines for payroll.
