The setup entails an IGuard Terminal setup with smart card functionality for ease of use. Automatic break calculation and deductions form the core of the variable time shifts operated by the housekeeping staff. The system also deal seamlessly with night porter and adhoc employees who require hours only calculations. Extensive reports and enquiries allow the staff to monitor hours and exceptions for minimal workload.

The Belmore Court Motel has chosen Ariva Enterprise for its Time and Attendance needs. The telatec product was chosen for its flexibility and integration to Sage Payroll interface.
